The 41-year-old Portuguese star saw early efforts ruled out by VAR, including one in the 10th minute for offside, yet responded with clinical finishes in the second half.
His goals came in the 66th/67th, 72nd and 81st minutes at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh, completing his 67th career treble.
Al Kholood had taken the lead through Julien Domingues in the 16th minute.
Al Nassr responded with goals from Ângelo and Sadio Mané before the break, only for the visitors to equalise late in the first half. Ronaldo then took over after the interval, with assists involving João Félix featuring prominently in the build-up to his strikes.
Domingues added a late penalty for the visitors.
Ronaldo played the full 90 minutes and produced an efficient performance that pushed him closer to the historic 1,000-goal milestone.
The result kept Al Nassr level on points with the league leaders after Matchday 12.
The display once again highlighted the enduring quality and determination of one of football’s most prolific scorers, even at an advanced stage of his career.
