AbdulRasaq vows formidable crackdown on criminals in Kwara

Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has reiterated his administration’s resolve to make the state unsafe for criminals, kidnappers, and other lawbreakers.
Speaking after a high-level security meeting in Ilorin, the Governor assured residents that the state government is working closely with security agencies to intensify surveillance and clamp down on criminal activities.
AbdulRazaq in statement shared on X handle of the Kwara State Government stressed that nowhere in the state would serve as a safe haven for kidnappers or anyone threatening peace and security.
He urged residents to remain vigilant and cooperate with security operatives by promptly reporting suspicious movements or activities in their communities.
The governor further emphasised that the protection of lives and property remains a top priority of his administration, adding that security is central to Kwara’s socioeconomic growth and development.
