Abia gov gives nine corps members automatic job

Abia Governor, Alex Otti, has awarded nine corps members automatic employment into the Abia State Civil Service.
Otti in a statement shared on Wednesday via social media, described the ‘Abians’ as ‘exceptional’ who brought honour to the state.
The awardees included: Nwogu Chinonso, Anyanwụ Promise, Ezieme Francis Uba, Emmanuel Ogbenyealu Ezinne, Abia Chinwendu Grace, Nwafike Esther Chiemela, Ugwa Obinna Mark, Eke Lawrence Miracle, and James Raphael Chukwuebuka.
He wrote on X, “These individuals earned the prestigious Presidential NYSC Honour Award, a recognition reserved for outstanding corps members whose service reflects the highest ideals of dedication, creativity, and national impact.
“According to the NYSC Abia State Coordinator, Barrister Gladys Adama, they distinguished themselves in their various places of primary assignment, many of which were far from home. Out of more than a hundred recognised corps members nationwide, Abia emerged at the forefront with nine outstanding recipients.
“To the Coordinator, thank you for your tireless work and for bringing these champions to our attention. And to the awardees: may your journey in public service be marked by the same distinction that brought you national honour.”
