Aiyedatiwa pardons 43 prisoners in Ondo to mark his inauguration

Ondo Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa has announced the pardon of 43 convicts in the State.

Aiyedatiwa made the announcement during his speech shortly after his swearing-in on Monday, February 24.

In a video sighted by our correspondent the governor was seen saying, “On this day I’m exercising that authority to pardon some convicts who have been sentenced for various offences.

“Today I’m setting free a total number of 43 of them.”
