The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a review of certain service fees, effective August 1, 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve service quality and delivery.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the CAC said, “The Commission wishes to inform the General Public, Esteemed Customers, and all Stakeholders that in the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees effective the 1st day of August, 2025.”
The decision follows “careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs as well as engagement of critical Stakeholders ahead of implementation.”
The Commission emphasised that the fee review is essential “to ensure that the Commission continues to provide prompt, efficient, and technology-driven services that meet the expectations of its Stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian Economy.”
Assuring the public, the CAC stated, “The review is modest, competitive and aligns with its efforts to enhance service delivery through digitalized operations and, to maintain the integrity of the Nigerian Corporate Registry.”
The Commission thereby reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability and customer satisfaction as it strives to build a more resilient and responsive corporate regulatory environment.
