Cornerstone Insurance Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading underwriters, on Tuesday, commissioned a new branch at St. Michael Mall, 71 Abimbola Cole Street Off Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1.
During the colorful event that was attended by some of its stakeholders, the management of insurance company expressed its commitment to customer satisfaction.
The new office is meticulously furnished with cutting-edge technology, ensuring a highly conducive working environment for employees. It’s designed to be accommodating to customers, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that enhances their experience from the moment they enter.
At the event, the Managing Director/ CEO, Stephen Alangbo, spoke about the company’s vision and how it aims to provide exceptional service to the customers.
He said, “We take professionalism seriously, we are a trusted brand. We have improved the perception of the insuring public about insurance, we have sustained the brand.
‘We have a tall goal and we’re resolute about retail expansion. We can’t fully attain them without opening regional offices, so we have more plans for branch expansion. We’ll continue this expansion, we want to be everywhere to ensure that insurance is easily accessible.”
The Regional Manager, Lagos Region 4, Mrs. Mojolaoluwa Ajibade, while expressing her excitement at the new office, said, “Truly, we put our customers first, we listen to them and we try as much as possible to address all of their requests. We’re here to support customers and ensure their maximum satisfaction.”
Cornerstone Insurance, early this year, won the African Insurance Organisation (AIO) Insurance Company of the Year 2024 Award. The prestigious recognition was presented at the 50th AIO Conference and General Assembly in Windhoek, Namibia.
