Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited has recognised outstanding customer service personnel from each airline during Customer Service Week.

The event celebrated the dedication and hard work of customer service representatives, highlighting their crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

The week-long event according to a remark Dailyeconomy obtained from the Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited Head, of Corporate Communications, Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi, on Tuesday, recognised the exceptional contributions of the company’s dedicated customer service team.

The Acting Chief Operating Officer, of BASL, Remi Jibodu, while speaking about the customer service week, noted that the customer service passion and commitment to excellence drive Bi-Courtney to deliver unforgettable experiences, reiterating that the company is dedicated to creating a positive and memorable experience for every traveller.

According to the remark, during Customer Service Week, Bi-Courtney underscored the achievements and hard work of our customer service representatives.

The remark reads partly, “We also shared stories of customer satisfaction and success on our social media platforms.

“We celebrated with all the airlines that fly with us and recognised the outstanding customer service personnel of each airline. A certificate of recognition as well as a token was given to each of them to appreciate and further encourage them to keep up the good work.”
