Customers applaud NEM Insurance for prompt claims settlement, excellent service

Customers of NEM Insurance Plc have expressed deep satisfaction with the company’s services, commending its prompt claims payment, friendly customer relations, and strong technological support.

The 2025 Customer Service Week provided an avenue for companies to renew their relationships with clients and receive feedback on how to improve customer satisfaction. For firms like NEM Insurance Plc, one of Nigeria’s top three insurers and the leading non-life insurance company by revenue. The event was a celebration of customer loyalty and trust.

The celebration drew many clients to NEM Insurance’s head office and branches nationwide. Customers shared glowing testimonials about their positive experiences with the company.

Managing Director of Senforce Insurance Brokers, Kayode Ogunbotu, described NEM Insurance as a “fantastic provider” with outstanding claims management and customer service.

“NEM responds to claims very promptly and maintains excellent relationships with brokers and clients alike,” Ogunbotu said. “Their staff are friendly, emails are promptly replied to, and their technology is superb, I don’t need to leave my office to do business with them.”

He noted that he has been doing business with NEM for over 35 years, adding that as Managing Director, his personal experience spans about 25 years.
