Davido celebrates 32nd birthday with N300m donation to support vulnerable communities

Afrobeat star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, shared his excitement as he turned 32 years old on Thursday.
Davido while conveying gratitude and joy for the new age in a post on X (formally Twitter) late Wednesday, wrote, “Big 32 soon! Omo, God is good. Happy to be alive! My eyes don see shege, but steady, my fans dey shout shekpe!”
In a testament to its commitment to underserved communities, the Davido Foundation promised N300 million for charitable causes across Nigeria.
The statement stated that since the inception of the foundation in 2022, it has significantly impacted thousands of lives through donations to orphanages and initiatives combating drug abuse, noting that this year’s contribution continues the Foundation’s tradition of generosity, reaffirming its core values of compassion and sustainable support.

Since its establishment in 2022, the Foundation has remained steadfast in its mission to create a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. “Over the past few years, DAF has spearheaded life-changing initiatives, donating substantial funds to hundreds of charities and orphanages across the country. These contributions have directly enhanced the lives of thousands, reaffirming our core values of compassion, equity, and sustainable community support.
“This year is no exception. As we celebrate another milestone, the Foundation will be donating the sum of N300,000,000 to charitable causes across Nigeria.
