FG launches Nigerian Youth Help Desk WhatsApp AI Chatbot to empower youths

The Federal Ministry of Youth Development, led by Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, has announced the upcoming unveiling of the Nigerian Youth Help Desk WhatsApp AI Chatbot—a cutting-edge digital tool aimed at providing real-time support, guidance, and access to vital resources for young people across Nigeria.
This was obtained on Friday in a statement issued by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Digital Media and Strategy.
Developed in collaboration with the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Digital Innovation, the platform is expected to serve over one million youths annually.
This initiative highlights the Federal Government’s commitment to leveraging technology to foster hope, trust, and inclusion among Nigerian youth.
The launch will be marked by a Stakeholders’ Engagement and Demonstration Forum featuring a live chatbot demonstration, an overview of its vision and mission, and discussions for nationwide adoption.
The Minister underscored the Chatbot’s significance, describing it as “a forward-thinking intervention that ensures every young Nigerian has real-time access to credible information, mentorship, and opportunities capable of transforming their future.”
The Ministry calls on all development partners, youth organisations, and stakeholders to join in supporting this innovative platform to create a digitally connected and empowered generation.
