Fireboy features Lagbaja, Kuti, on forthcoming album

Nigerian ballad, Adedamola Adefolahan popularly called Fireboy DML has generated tremendous excitement for his forthcoming album titled “Adedamola” by revealing the full tracklist.
The album according to a post on X (formally Twitter) by Fireboy DML is set for release on Thursday, August 29, 2024, and will be made up of a 14-track project that boasts an impressive lineup of collaborations spanning genres and continents.
The artists featured in the album according to the graphic by Fireboy DML include the legendary Afrobeat musician, Lagbaja, Grammy-winning American artist, Jon Batiste, the Afrobeat royalty Seun Kuti, Contemporary Nigerian stars Lojay and DJ Spinall.
However, the tracklist has sparked amazement and excitement from many fans who are thrilled about the rare music release from Lagbaja who hasn’t released any song in over two decades.
The mask-wearing Nigerian legend whose music shaped the late 90s and early 2000s has maintained a life away from the limelight with his last public performance at the 2022 AMVCA.
