Bayer Leverkusen has officially confirmed the signing of Erik ten Hag as their new head coach, replacing Xabi Alonso.
The Dutch tactician has inked a two-year contract, keeping him at the club until June 2027. Ten Hag was always the main candidate for the role, and his appointment marks a new chapter for the Bundesliga side as they look to build on their recent successes.
