Cristiano Ronaldo has shut down exit rumours, boldly reaffirming his dedication to Al-Nassr and life in Saudi Arabia.
The 41-year-old legend declared, “I belong to Saudi Arabia. I want to continue here. It’s a country that welcomed me, as well as my family and friends. I’m happy here and want to continue here.”
His words come amid weeks of speculation fueled by unpaid bonuses, a brief match boycott earlier this month, and interest from European clubs.
Ronaldo, who joined Al-Nassr in January 2023, holds the Saudi Pro League’s all-time scoring record and has repeatedly praised his Riyadh experience.
Club sources say contract extension talks are now accelerating.
Ronaldo’s stance bolsters Al-Nassr’s domestic and continental ambitions while boosting the Saudi Pro League’s appeal to global stars.
