In a candid interview with Noire TV ahead of his Canadian tour, Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, revealed insights about his track “With You” featuring Omah Lay, describing it as “the biggest song on the album (Timeless)” despite it not being released as a single.

Addressing whether he anticipated the song’s success, Davido admitted, “You definitely can’t tell it wasn’t top three for me. I knew, obviously Davido and Omah Lay record would go right regardless but I didn’t think it was going to be like a whole thing, like, it’s really its own thing.”
Highlighting the significance of the hit later in his career, he reflected, “We thank God, man, like 14 years after people have this kind of songs at the beginning of their career or in the middle for me, that was even getting ready to bow out, then God gives me this kind of record definitely added more life to it but I’m just grateful.”
