The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has reschedules the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination to Thursday, April 24.
A statement issues by the JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, noted that the new date was set to accommodate essential commitments by the board and its partner agencies.
The board also notified candidates to print their examination slips, counting that the document will include the date, venue, and time for their paper and it will also entail the details necessary for having a successful examination.
“This adjustment has been made to accommodate essential commitments by the board and its partner agencies.
“In preparation for the examination, prospective candidates can now print their notification slips, which contain vital information regarding their exam details.
“Candidates are encouraged to print their Notification Slips starting today, Saturday, April 19, 2025.
“This will provide ample time for logistical arrangements to access their assigned centres within the chosen examination towns,” Benjamin had written.
JAMB advised candidates to also get acquainted with their examination centres to ensure a smooth experience on exam day, urging the students to ensure that they print their slips at least a day before the examination.
Benjamin stressed, “Please note that candidates will be assigned to centres within their chosen examination towns; no candidate will be placed in a centre outside their selected town.”
Candidates are, however, urged to visit JAMB website, click on “2025 UTME Slip Printing”, and enter registration number to print the slip.
