Lagos arrests miscreants during street vendor clearance

The operatives of the Lagos Environmental Sanitation Corps well called KAI have arrested some miscreants in different parts of the Ikeja area of the State.
The operation according to a statement on Thursday, by the State Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, was aimed at clearing traffic of salespeople in the area.
The statement said, “Yesterday evening into the night, our enforcement team was hard at work on the mainland —clearing traffic of sales people at Oba Akran, conducted arrests of miscreants at under Ikeja Bridge, and then focused on Isaac John in Ikeja.
“We are committed to ensuring a safer, cleaner Lagos every step of the way.”
