LAPO Microfinance Bank wins Microfinance Bank of Year at 2025 BAFI Awards

LAPO has won this award category for the 12th consecutive times, a reflection of the bank’s consistency, resilience, and innovativeness in the microfinance sub-sector

Furthermore, Akande reiterates that LAPO MFB operates through a netwrok of over 500 branches located in across 34 states, including the FCT. Commulatively has disbursed over 1.7trn in micro loans to MSMEs. Beyond credit provides employment to over 6,000 nigerian youths, provided scholarships to over 5,000 beneficiaries and remains committed to leading the advocacy for environmental and social causes in the most sustainable manner .
