LG poll: Sanwo-Olu swears in chairman, members of LASIEC

The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has sworn in the chairman and members of Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission.

The LASIEC body is expected to coordinate the proposed Local Government elections in the State.

The swearing-in was disclosed on Friday, in a post shared by the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos Governor on New Media, Jubril Gawat.

Gawat wrote, “Governor of Lagos State, Mr #jidesanwoolu swears-in the Chairman and Members of Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC), they are expected to coordinate the proposed Local Government elections in Lagos State.

“Members: Mr. Samson Ajibade – Commissioner , Mr. Akin Durojaiye Oluwo – Commissioner, Dr. Olumide Olusola Metilelu – Commisisoner, Mr. Abeeb Dapo Aileru – Commissioner, Hon. Oladele Adekanye – Commissioner.”
