Malaysia’s high commissioner visits Nigeria’s Education Minister

Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa has received the high commissioner of Malaysia, Aiyub Omar, who was on a courtesy visit to the Federal Ministry of Education.
Alausa while recounting a long-standing relationship shared by the two countries, expressed his desire in collaborating with the Malaysian government to enhance capacity building for lecturers and teachers.
This was contained in a post on the Minister’s X (formally Twitter) handle on Friday.
He wrote, “I was delighted to host His Excellency Ambassador Aiyub Omar, the High Commissioner of Malaysia, during his courtesy visit to the Federal Ministry of Education.
“Malaysia and Nigeria share a long-standing relationship, one that we are proud to strengthen and build upon in the years to come.
“I extend my thanks to H.E. Ambassador Aiyub Omar for his visit and look forward to collaborating with the Malaysian government to enhance capacity building for lecturers and teachers.”
