Manchester United winger, Matheus Antony, has expressed his determination to make a major impact at the club and help the team achieve success in the forthcoming season.
Antony in a recent interview with Chris Wheeler, confirmed his plan to stay at Man United and believed that the outcome of his dedication in training and is confident will lead to more contributions to the team.
The Brazilian attacker emphasised his positive mindset, stating “I don’t like losing, not even in stone, paper, scissors. This is my spirit. I’ve always been this way and will continue doing it to lift the team up with me and spread this energy.”
Antony, who joined United in an £86m move from Ajax, said he has been training hard and is pleased with his recent run of games in the starting lineup.
“Rest assured, you’ll hear the name Antony in relation to goals and assists,” he added.
Antony furthermore thanked the Man United fans for their unwavering support, saying “Rest assured, we are doing and will do everything to turn things around and put Man United back where they belong.”
