Manchester United’s Rasmus Højlund is on the verge of joining Napoli after all parties have reached a verbal agreement.
The deal is structured as a loan for a €6 million fee with a buy option that will become mandatory under certain conditions, potentially rising to a €44 million transfer.
Højlund has reportedly given his consent to the move days ago and is expected to undergo a medical examination within the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Nicolas Jackson’s switch to Bayern Munich is also progressing rapidly.
Chelsea have agreed to an initial loan deal with Bayern for a €15 million fee for one season.
The agreement includes a buy option worth €80 million, which is not mandatory, alongside a sell-on clause. Jackson is preparing to travel to Bavaria along with his agent Ali Barat, who is representing him through Epic Sports.
