Max-Migold launches FMMC Batch 25 to equip next generation of facility management leaders

Max-Migold Limited, Nigeria’s leading Facility Management (FM) consultancy and training provider, has officially announced the launch of Batch 25 of its flagship Facility Management Master Craft Programme (FMMC), set to begin in August 2025.
A statement from the firm on Saturday said now in its 25th edition, the FMMC is a nationally recognised training initiative designed to bridge the widening skills gap in Nigeria’s rapidly expanding FM sector. As the industry experiences annual growth exceeding 15%—fueled by commercial real estate development, rising energy demands, and increased professionalism—less than 35% of FM practitioners have received formal training, underscoring the urgency for strategic capacity building.
“FMMC is more than a training program—it’s a transformative career accelerator,” said Paul Erubami, Managing Director of Max-Migold Limited and a certified FM professional. “Our mission is to develop competent, forward-thinking facility managers who can lead complex operations and infrastructure across Nigeria and Africa.”
FMMC Batch 25 will deliver a comprehensive curriculum including modules on: Facility Management Strategy & Planning; Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance; Lifecycle Asset Management; Energy Management & Sustainability; Smart Building Technologies; Project & Vendor Management
Participants will graduate with an ISO-aligned certification from the Max-Migold Training Centre, accredited by the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN). Graduates gain access to career advancement support such as field visits, recorded classes, flexible payment plans, job placement assistance, alumni networking, and a prestigious graduation ceremony.
Over 700 professionals from prominent organisations—including CBRE Excellerate, Julius Berger FM, FrieslandCampina WAMCO, and Promasidor—have completed the FMMC program to date, reporting measurable improvements in employability, promotions, and career transitions.
The program contributes to national goals of professionalising the built environment and developing a robust pipeline of skilled FM talent capable of managing mission-critical facilities across sectors.
“Through FMMC, we’re not just teaching technical skills—we’re grooming leaders who will drive excellence in Nigeria’s infrastructure and facility management landscape,” Erubami added.
Enrollment for FMMC Batch 25 is now open via the Max-Migold website. Limited slots are available to ensure personalised, hands-on learning. Professionals and corporate partners are encouraged to apply early.
