MTN rewards Super Falcons with N150m for 10th WAFCON win

Telecommunications giant MTN Nigeria hosted Nigeria’s national women’s football team, the Super Falcons, in Lagos to commemorate their remarkable achievement of winning their 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title.
The occasion also included a cash reward of N150 million presented to the team in recognition of their exceptional performance.
The team clinched their 10th continental championship with a thrilling 3–2 comeback victory against the host nation Morocco during the final, which took place at the Stade Olympique in Rabat on Saturday, July 26.
