NCAA gives Caverton Helicopters RPAS operations certificate

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has officially issued the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operations Certificate (ROC) to Caverton Helicopters, reinforcing its commitment to safety and streamlined business processes.
In a statement shared on X on Tuesday, the NCAA wrote, “In the demonstration of its commitment to safety and ease of doing business without compromising standards, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has issued the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operations Certificate (ROC) to Caverton Helicopters after a painstaking certification process.”
The certificate was formally presented by the Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, to Caverton Helicopters’ Managing Director, Capt. Ibrahim Bello, on Monday September 15, 2025, at the NCAA headquarters in Abuja.
