NFF appoints new coach for Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation has appointed German tactician, Bruno Labbadia, as the new head coach of the Super Eagles.
The appointment which came with immediate effect was affirmed by the NFF General Secretary, Mohammed Sanusi, on Tuesday.
He noted, “The NFF Executive Committee has approved the recommendation of its Technical and Development Sub-Committee to appoint Mr. Bruno Labbadia as the Head Coach of the Super Eagles. The appointment is with immediate effect.”
Labbadia is the 37th head coach of the Super Eagles, his appointment came following the resignation of the local Super Eagles head coach, Finidi George.
Finidi in his resignation letter attributed his resignation to the decision of the Nigeria Football NFF to hire a foreign technical adviser.
