Nigeria invites applicants for assistant professor role in Bangladesh varsity

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially called on qualified Nigerians to apply for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The university is owned by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The Ministry in a statement on Monday signed by its Spokesperson, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa, directed interested applicants to submit their applications online via the IUT website.

Additionally, candidates must send a hard copy of their application, detailed curriculum vitae, passport-size photograph, and all relevant documents to the Chief of Human Research and Cabinet Office, IUT, Board Bazar, Gazipur-1704, Bangladesh.

The deadline for submission is September 20, 2025.

Moreover, one set of the application along with a detailed curriculum vitae, a passport size photograph and all documents in hard copy are required to be sent to the Chief of Human Research and Cabinet Office, IUT, Board Bazar, Gazipur-1704, Bangladesh, not later than 20th September, 2025.”
