Omokri expresses gratitude after ambassadorial nomination by Tinubu

Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has expressed his profound appreciation following his nomination as an ambassador by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In his heartfelt message posted on Sunday via his social media handle, Omokri said, “I thank God Almighty for this nomination and look forward to serving my fatherland and humanity.”
He praised the President’s leadership, describing Tinubu as exhibiting “visionary and exemplary leadership,” and further credited him for teaching “the meaning of forgiveness” and deepening his understanding of patriotism.
Omokri added, “Christlikeness is demonstrated in him. He is the right man, at the right time, for the right job, and deserves the right hand of fellowship from all Nigerians.”
Showing gratitude beyond politics, Omokri thanked his parents for shaping his character and honoured Malam Nuhu Ribadu, saying, “If it were possible for all the goodness on Earth to be domiciled in a single human being, that person would be Malam.”
He also acknowledged the support of his wife Hana, calling her “a pillar by my side” throughout difficult times of opposition linked to his loyalty to the President.
Concluding his statement, he invoked blessings for Nigeria, saying, “May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria!”
