Oyebanji hosts ex-Ondo gov Mimiko to discuss governance

Ekiti Governor, Biodun Oyebanji has received former Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko, at the Government House in Ado-Ekiti.

In a statement on Oyebanji’s X (formally Twitter) handle on Tuesday, the Governor described the visit as “a delight,” remarking that the conversation bordered on issues of governance and development.

He wrote, “It was a delight to receive the former Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Dr Rahman Mimiko, in Ado-Ekiti.

“We had a warm and engaging conversation, reflecting on issues of governance and development.

“I value Dr Mimiko’s insight and experience, and I appreciate his kind words on the work we are doing to build a stronger, more inclusive, and prosperous Ekiti.”
