Producer appreciates Davido with $20,000

Afrobeat star Davido born David Adeleke has claimed he received $20,000 from a producer and writer he collaborated with on his Timeless Album.

Davido shared on his Instagram story that the producer/writer recently received his publishing check and visited his home to express appreciation, confirming that the producer/writer handed him $20,000 as a token of thankfulness.

However, Davido expressed that being appreciated feels great.

“A certain producer/writer I started working with from Timeless. Finally, he got his publishing check, came to my house, handed me 20 thousand dollars, and said Baba, I thank you. Happy to see there are still good people in this world! Being appreciated sure feels good! Love you, brother!” Davido had written.

However, the singer hasn’t disclosed the name of the producer as of the time of filling this report.

However, our correspondent observed that a singer and producer identified as Yung Alpha who also worked on Davido’s album Timeless, on X (formally Twitter) wrote, “Real ones never forget where they draw inspiration from. @davido you’ve been a big motivation to me. We go hard this year!”
