Embattled Manchester United winger, Marcus Rashford has dismissed claims that he is seeking a new agent to facilitate a move away from Manchester United.

Recall that a report earlier this week alleged that the England forward had met with a leading sports agency to engineer a transfer.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old had hinted at being open to a “new challenge” during an interview last month, following a period of reduced playing opportunities under new manager Ruben Amorim.

It would be recalled that Rashford was left out of four consecutive matchday squads in December, starting with the derby against Manchester City, and was an unused substitute in Monday’s defeat to Newcastle.

Reacting to the report that says, “Marcus Rashford steps up bid to quit Man Utd as he holds talks with agency who landed massive £86m transfer move”

Rashford in his Instastory wrote, “Been a lot of false stories written over past few weeks, but guys this is getting ridiculous – never met with any agency and don’t have any plans to.”
