Real Madrid has announced on Friday that star forward Rodrygo has been diagnosed with a hamstring injury, casting doubt on his availability for upcoming matches.
In an official statement on Friday, the club revealed, “Following the tests conducted today on our player Rodrygo by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with tendinosis in the hamstring of his right leg.”
The update continued, “Awaiting progress,” signaling that the Brazilian winger’s recovery timeline remains uncertain as medical staff monitor his condition.
Rodrygo, 24, has been a key contributor this season with his pace and goals, and this setback comes at a critical juncture for Los Blancos in La Liga and the Champions League.
