Saraki praises Emir of Ilorin at 85

Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has celebrated the Emir of Ilorin, Mai Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on his 85th birthday.
Saraki in a statement shared on his X (formally Twitter) handle on Tuesday, said for nearly three decades, the monarch has strengthened unity, safeguarded rich cultural heritage and championed peace and development across Kwara State and Nigeria by extension.
He wrote, “Today, I join the entire Ilorin Emirate and well-wishers around the world to celebrate His Royal Highness, Mai Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the Emir of Ilorin, on his 85th birthday.
“Your Royal Highness, for nearly three decades on the throne you have strengthened our unity, safeguarded our rich cultural heritage, and championed peace and development across Kwara State and our nation.
“As you mark another year, I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants you continued good health, deeper wisdom, and many more years of impactful service to our people and our nation.”
