Shettima departs Dubai for Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah

Vice President Kashim Shettima has departed Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, where he went to represent President Bola Tinubu at the inauguration and naming ceremony of a $315 million oil production and storage facility, for Saudi Arabia.
The Vice President’s departure from Dubai was disclosed in a video shared on Monday, by the Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha via his X (formally Twitter) handle.
The caption reads, “Moment Vice President Kashim Shettima departed Dubai for Saudi Arabia.”
Nkwocha, had on Friday, December 13, disclosed that Shettima will travel to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, the Lesser Hajj, in the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah from December 16 to 19, 2024, Dailyeconomy reports.
