Tinubu embarks on two-day official visit to Katsina Friday

President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on Friday, May 2, for a two-day official visit to Katsina State, Dailyeconomy reports.
The visit according to a statement on Thursday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, aims to assess the security situation in the state and commission key development projects.
During his stay, Tinubu will meet with key stakeholders to evaluate security challenges in the region.
He is also scheduled to commission the Katsina Agricultural Mechanised Centre and a newly completed 24-kilometre dual carriageway constructed under Governor Dikko Umar Radda’s administration, Dailyeconomy gathered.
In addition to official duties, President Tinubu will attend the wedding of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja for Katsina State on Friday for a two-day official visit. During the visit, the President will meet with key stakeholders to assess the security situation in the state.
“He will commission the Katsina Agricultural Mechanized Centre and a 24KM dual carriageway completed by Governor Dikko Umar Radda.
“President Tinubu will also honour an invitation to attend the wedding of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja,” Onanuga had written.
