Tosin Bee criticises real estate firm over land transaction issue

Gospel artist Adejumobi Oluwatosin Akinkunmi, widely known as Tosin Bee, has publicly addressed a real estate company regarding an unresolved refund issue.

The artist stated that he bought a plot of land from the company in 2018, but only received receipts and was never granted access to the property.

Tosin Bee mentioned that after he sought a refund, the company initially engaged with him but later ceased all communication.

Frustrated by the lack of developments, he took to social media to share his ordeal and voice concerns about the growing challenges of real estate transactions in Lagos.

He urged anyone who has connections with the company to step in and encourage the firm to refund his money.

He wrote on Facebook, “The Real Estate investment space in Lagos is fast becoming a no-go area for people like my humble self. We literally save our 2 kobos to buy land from some outfits, but interestingly, you can’t mention them in a post. Since 2018, I’ve come to realise I only bought the receipt and not the land.

“Been demanding for refund, they responded briefly, now they’ve blanked me. They are no longer responding. I’m not about that social media noise… but at this point, let’s start from here. If you know them. Please tell them to PAY ME MY MONEY OOOOO”.
