Tyson Fury reacts to Anthony Joshua’s loss to Dubois

British heavyweight boxer, Tyson Fury, has reacted to Anthony Joshua’s stunning knockout loss to Daniel Dubois, expressing that he could have faced a similar fate.

Watching ringside, Fury acknowledged Dubois’ impressive performance, stating, “He did a fantastic job” and commending the young fighter for overcoming scepticism about his abilities, noting that, “Everybody wrote him (Dubois) off, you know. Coming here he was the world champion and everybody treated him like he was a bum and he showed what he is made of and it’s very good for him, fantastic, fair play.”

While commenting on Joshua, Fury said, “It’s heavyweight boxing, it happens, it happened to me, it can happen to everybody.”

Dailyeconomy had earlier reported that Dubois achieved a stunning victory over Anthony Joshua, knocking him out in the fifth round to retain his IBF heavyweight title.
