In a new video, the singer cautioned, “This is getting out of hand, and this is a dangerous situation right now. This is putting Natasha at risk. It’s not fair on anybody.”
He urged fans and family alike to “please, I need everybody to calm down” and asked everyone to “cease fire” as he assured, “I am perfectly fine.”
The controversy intensified after 2Baba’s former managers, Kaka Igbokwe and Lori Tosan, appeared on a live stream with Daddy Freeze, accusing Natasha of trying to gain “full control” over the singer’s finances and career.
The situation escalated when 2Baba interrupted the session, forcefully telling the managers to stop discussing his private life.
2Baba’s brother, Hyacinth Idibia, has publicly called on the singer to accept support during this difficult time.
Sharing lyrics from 2Baba’s song “Diaspora Woman”, he reflected on their deeper meaning: “lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow it’s unfolding in real time. Painful reality, allow us save you Oyinem, you’ve been suffering for too long. God knows.”
In recent developments, Natasha Osawaru, who is also a member of the Edo House of Assembly, has been summoned to appear before its ethics and privileges committee following her viral conduct related to the dispute.
