Video: Air Force launches International Helicopter Flying School in Enugu

The Nigerian Air Force has officially opened its International Helicopter Flying School (IHFS) in Enugu, which is aimed at training exceptional helicopter pilots for military and civilian positions.

As stated in a statement on its official X account, the Air Force emphasised that the school features state-of-the-art facilities and highly skilled instructors, focusing on enhancing aviation standards and bolstering airpower throughout Africa.

Take to the skies with the Nigerian Air Force International Helicopter Flying School (IHFS), a pioneering institution dedicated to producing world-class helicopter pilots. Situated in Enugu, Nigeria, this distinguished school delivers comprehensive training programmes for both military and civilian students, equipping them with the expertise and confidence required to excel in the aviation sector.
