Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has formalised a groundbreaking pledge to channel 25% of his vast fortune into his family foundation upon his passing, ensuring its longevity for generations.

In a candid statement, the Dangote Group chairman emphasised the program’s sustainability.
“The sustainability of this program, which I expect will run for generations of the Dangote family, is grounded in my formal commitment to allocate 25% on my worth to my foundation,” he declared.
Dangote revealed that the agreement is already in place with his family.
“I have already an agreement which was drafted to make sure that yes, my inheritance, my three children and mother they all signed off. When anything happens with me in the event of death, 25% on my worth will go straight into foundation.”
