Video: Ebonyi gov commends Tinubu for Southeast inclusion in federal appointment

Ebonyi Governor, Francis Nwifuru has hailed President Bola Tinubu’s administration for what he described as unprecedented inclusion of the Southeast in federal appointments and development projects.

Speaking during the visit of the National Communications Team to Ebonyi as part of its Southeast tour, Nwifuru said the region is witnessing a new level of federal presence under the current administration.
“This is the time every Minister is very active,” said Nwifuru , commending the impact of ongoing federal initiatives across various sectors.
Highlighting what he termed a historic milestone, the Governor added: “This is the first time in the history of our great nation, Nigeria, that an Igbo man is the Minister of Works. This President has the Southeast at heart.”
The National Communications Team is currently on a regional tour under the initiative tagged “Government Connect – Come and See”.
The tour, which began in Enugu State, is showcasing federal infrastructure projects, healthcare facilities, and educational initiatives across the Southeast, as part of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
