YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul delivered a shocking post-fight admission after suffering a devastating knockout defeat to heavyweight star Anthony Joshua at a packed O2 Arena event late Friday night.

Bloodied and clutching his face in the ring, Paul declared his jaw likely fractured, signaling a painful setback in his boxing ambitions.

The fight ended in the eighth round when Joshua landed a series of crushing blows, sending Paul crumpling to the canvas.

In an emotional in-ring interview with Ariel Helwani immediately after, Paul spat blood and didn’t mince words about his condition.

“I think my jaw is broke, by the way. It’s definitely broke,” Paul said, grimacing as he held his jaw.

“We’re going to heal the broken jaw, then come back and fight people my weight and go for the cruiserweight world title,” he said.

When pressed on future opponents, the 28-year-old fighter opted for caution.

He revealed plans for a short break to recover, declining to name specifics amid the chaos of the roaring crowd and ring officials.

Joshua, reflecting on his victory in separate post-fight remarks, acknowledged the bout’s intensity.

“It wasn’t the best performance. It wasn’t the best. The end goal was to get Jake Paul, pin him down and hurt him. It took a little bit longer than expected,” the two-time heavyweight champion stated.

This loss marks a humbling moment for Paul, who entered as a heavy underdog but promised resilience in defeat.
