Video: ‘I’m not intimidated by anybody,’ Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour declares new resolve

The Labour Party Lagos gubernatorial aspirant in the last general election, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has addressed his critics and the public, asserting a renewed and fearless stance ahead of the 2025 elections.

“I am not intimidated by anybody. Intimidated why? By who? For what?” he challenged, underscoring his transformed outlook since 2023.

Speaking on Trshpodcast, Rhodes-Vivour reflected on the changes within himself and his political allies, notably referencing Peter Obi.

“Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of 2025 is not the same Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of 2023. I think I can say that for His Excellency Peter Obi. I’m sure when you listen to him talk, you know that something has changed,” he said.

He also expressed deep disillusionment with established institutions, noting, “The institutions that we believed in have shown themselves to not be worth our believing in.”
