Iran’s Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh has accused the United States, Israel, and allied nations of orchestrating a sophisticated sabotage campaign to fuel unrest in Iran, revealing what he called a “price list” for assassinations, arson, and disruption during protests.

In a public address, Nasirzadeh claimed Iranian intelligence had uncovered coordination centers run by US and Zionist operatives working with separatists and terrorists.

“They even planned for each separated region to draft its own constitution, and they directed arms smuggling, as well as financial and logistical support,” he stated, detailing joint meetings in an unnamed regional country where funding rates were allegedly set.

The minister outlined specific payouts designed to manufacture chaos:
• 500 million tomans ($3,300) for killing each person
• 200 million tomans ($1,300) for burning each vehicle
• 80 million tomans ($530) for burning police stations
• 15 million tomans ($100) for harassment or disruptive actions
“Paying 500 million tomans per killing means the objective was to manufacture deaths,” Nasirzadeh emphasised, announcing the arrest of a terrorist who received 900 million tomans (around $6,000) for such operations.

He asserted full intelligence oversight of these plots, framing them as part of a broader effort to balkanize Iran.

The claims echo Iran’s narrative of foreign meddling, similar to accusations during the 2022 Mahsa Amini protests where officials blamed Mossad for violence.
