Video: Lagos arrests man over median barricade vandalism

Lagos State authorities have confirmed the arrest of man identified as Victor Joshua-mat Durosinmi-Etti in connection with the vandalisation of a median wire mesh barricade.

The incident was disclosed by the state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, in a statement shared on X.

“In the early hours of today, LASPARK enforcement team arrested Mr Victor Joshua-mat Durosinmi-Etti for vandalizing median wire mesh barricade,” Wahab announced, underscoring the government’s commitment to protecting public infrastructure and maintaining order.

The operation, carried out by officials from the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK), is part of the ongoing #ZeroToleranceLagos campaign targeting vandalism and environmental crimes across the state.

Wahab thereby reiterated the administration’s firm stance against acts of vandalism.
