The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has revealed alarming new tactics used by drug traffickers to smuggle illicit substances.

NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, on Sunday shared a video on X, exposing how criminals hide drugs in “the most unimaginable places like the walls of cream containers and even cups.”
Babafemi warned travelers, saying, “This is why we keep warning that you never let down your guard by accepting parcels or luggage from anyone especially when traveling abroad.”
The video and images were part of recent NDLEA operations at Lagos airport that led to several arrests.
“This video and pictures reveal one of the tricks as uncovered by @ndlea_nigeria officers in some of our latest arrests at the Lagos airport,” he added, highlighting the agency’s ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking through innovative smuggling methods.
