In a video that circulated online, the Governor’s convoy halted near a bustling market, where he noticed the vendor selling the popular treat.
Adeleke approached the astonished seller, had a short conversation with her, inquired about the value of her goods, and then, to the shock of those nearby, gave her N50,000 in cash.
