Video: Police address allegations of officer misconduct in Ado-Ekiti

The Nigeria Police Complaint Response Unit has addressed a post made by an X user, #MichealFrosh32, who raised concerns about the alleged unprofessional behavior of certain officers associated with Operation Flush in Ado-Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti State.

In his post, Micheal accused the officers of attempting to carry out a robbery in broad daylight at an apartment in the Adebayo area of the city and urged police authorities to take action.

In response to the complaint, the Police Complaint Response Unit has requested Micheal to provide additional details to facilitate a thorough investigation into the matter.

The response from the Police Complaint Response Unit states, “Dear #MichealFrosh32, kindly provide more details via DM, thank you for bringing this to the attention of the Police force. #NoToImpunity.”
