Video: Police responds to claims of misconduct by officers accused of causing traffic congestion in Lagos

The Nigeria Police Complaint Response Unit has addressed a concern raised by an X user, #hacemayne, regarding alleged unprofessional behavior by some officers on the bridge connecting the airport to the Ikeja area of Lagos State.

In a message, #hacemayne claimed that the officers were improperly causing traffic congestion in the area, calling the situation troubling.

In response to the complaint, the Police Complaint Response Unit announced that the matter has been referred to the relevant authority for appropriate action.

The response from the Police Complaint Response Unit stated, “Your complaint have been forwarded to the appropriate authorities for necessary action. Thank you for contacting NPF-CRU.”
