PSG Féminines has officially announced the signing of Nigerian football star Rasheedat Ajibade, who joins on a free transfer after leaving Atletico Madrid.

The captain of the Super Falcons has signed a two-year deal with an option for an additional year, keeping her at the Parisian club until June 2027.

Ajibade will team up with fellow Super Falcons midfielder Jennifer Echegini at PSG.

At 25 years old, she is a dynamic Nigerian forward known for her speed, creativity, and leadership on the field.

Her most recent achievement includes being named Player of the Tournament at the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, where she led Nigeria to a record-extending 10th title in the esteemed competition.

Ajibade’s addition is anticipated to strengthen PSG Féminines’ roster as the team looks to compete against top rivals like Olympique Lyonnais for the Division 1 Féminine title
