Speaking candidly about his motivation in an interview with Channel TV, Mohammed revealed, “Both of my parents are civil servants, and my goal is to make each and every civil servant a car owner.”

In addition to his inspiring vision, Mohammed took the opportunity to apologise to civil servants who felt unsettled by his recent advert, which had stirred some commotion.

He clarified that his intentions have always been positive and aimed at uplifting civil servants through his content videos.

The Director-General of the National Orientation Agency, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, on Sunday, condemned a viral video skit promoting the 2023 Mercedes-Benz C300 for making belittling remarks about Nigerian civil servants, Dailyeconomy reports.

The skit featured the car’s Artificial Intelligence responding to the question “Can civil servants afford you?” with the reply, “No! Maybe in 2062,” a comment the NOA described as offensive and insensitive.

The DG thereby cautioned content creators to be mindful of their words to avoid hurting the sensibilities of Nigerians, underscoring the importance of valuing dignity of labour over materialism.

Acknowledging the NOA intervention, Mohammed said, “I appreciate the feedback from the NOA. I understand their role in upholding public standards.

“I am very positive about civil servants. To prove that, I have given them a lot of deals such as insurance, warranty, and cars on loan. Perhaps, my humour was misinterpreted but I love and respect civil servants.”
